One night after work, Greg and I headed to Parker & Quinn in Midtown for dinner.
The restaurant’s decor invokes both a masculine pub-type atmosphere, as well as a feminine upscale vibe. If you were to decorate your basement in the best possible way, it would look like Parker & Quinn!
We were just slightly overdressed.
That’s because after dinner we were off to the Ice Ball, which I explain in this post!
But in the meantime I can’t rave about the food at Parker & Quinn enough. We went in with no expectations whatsoever, and left throughly impressed with everything we ate.
Greg dined on the Hanger Steak.
And a side of the Mashed Potatoes with truffle butter.
While I had the PQ Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato-Bacon Bisque. Both were heavenly!
Then after dinner we donned about 12,000 layers and headed out to nearby Bryant Park Ice Rink for the Ice Ball. But that’s a story for another time (this time)!
