New York City is fast paced, there’s no question about it. However for whatever reason, it feels like fashion is the most fast-paced aspect of it all. It seems like just yesterday I was braving the September heat to attend NYFW, and already February’s fashion shows have come and gone. The fashion world is already focused on influencing style for the fall and winter of 2019, and the message is clear: you can never be too ahead of the curve when it comes to fashion!
Because not everyone has time to shift through all of the looks from NYFW, I always like to identify the top three trends for the upcoming season. That way you can quickly skim (in keeping with the fast-paced vibe of fashion) and still know what styles you need to incorporate into your wardrobe come fall.
#1 Large Bows

#3 Asymmetrical Necklines
The one-shoulder, asymmetrical look is always in, but this season designers took it a step further by featuring necklines where one side is doing something completely different than the other.
Oscar de la Renta
Because my recap wouldn’t be complete without a little eye candy, here are the hottest males models from NYFW:
Now hurry out and buy these top three trends so you’re ahead of the fashion curve!
