After a fun family weekend in Indianapolis, we headed down to Jacksonville, Florida to see Josh and Kate’s new home.
While we were there, Josh took us to NAS Jacksonville to see where he works.
As you may remember from this post, Josh doesn’t exactly have the typical office!
But don’t worry, our trip wasn’t all work and no play. On one of the days we headed out into the Atlantic for six long hours of deep sea fishing.
Wondering how the fishing went?
We had some big successes.
Some… umm… smaller successes.
And one great big shark!
You can see a video of the action here:
All in all it was a fun day, despite the fishing (ha)!
But the most memorable part of the trip was when Greg’s parents met my parents!
Luckily everyone got along!
Then it was time for one final beach day before heading back to New York City.
I’m sure going to miss summer!
