My Frozen RumChata Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade was such a hit I decided to make another recipe with RumChata. I suppose you could say I’m on a RumChata kick!
To make my RumChata Chocolate Pudding, you’ll need:
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup RumChata
1 container Cool Whip
Begin by combining the milk, pudding and RumChata in a medium bowl.
Then beat until thickened.
Now mix in the Cool Whip using a spatula.
Once it’s completely mixed, pour into your serving bowls and freeze for a few hours.
Then serve chilled!
