Ann, one of my favorite NYC friends, is getting married next month. As her friends, we have a very important job: sending her off to married life in style!
On a sunny Saturday we got together for a vineyard-hopping bachelorette party in Long Island. We boarded the party bus and off we went to the first vineyard!
There was champagne, of course. Lots and lots of champagne!
We staked out a few tables near the band. I just love when vineyards have live music!
On Saturday afternoons the vineyard is packed! It was much more crowded than when I had gone before in the morning.
But that didn’t stop us from getting drinks!
Since the vineyard is also a farm, you can’t visit without stopping and saying hi to the horses.
Then it was time for the next stop!
We headed next door to Long Island Spirits, the first distillery on Long Island.
We hung out on the small balcony porch and drank mixed drinks that tasted like the cucumber water at a spa.
The only downside to the porch balcony? The views of a distillery (where potatoes are grown) are a lot less beautiful than the views of a vineyard!
Then it was time to get back on the bus and head home. Only this time there was far more dancing!
Cheers to the beautiful bride-to-be!
P.S. My dress is by Saloni. You can find it here.
