After the Quadrille Ball ends, everyone in the organization needs a break (dare I say from each other?). So a few months pass with very little activity until enough time passes and we start to miss each other. That’s when the Spring Soirée rolls around with perfect timing. It’s essentially a festive Quadrille reunion at the Downton Association, and is one I’ve been attending for years.
Just like last year, this year I wore a gown by Badgley Mischka.
My hair was done at Drybar (of course)!
And I was obsessed with my clutch from Kate Spade!
And, as usual, my friends and I were also obsessed with taking photos in front of the step-and-repeat!
As usual, the evening begins with cocktails and chit-chat.
Until it’s time to head upstairs for dinner.
And as with most black-tie events, dancing quickly follows dinner.
As is tradition, we snuck upstairs to the billiards room where the party gets a little more… shall we say… wild.
Cheers to another typical night in New York City!
