The sheer number of looks that debut at New York Fashion Week can be seriously overwhelming. So to help you out next time you shop, I’ve outlined the top 5 trends from NYFW Spring/Summer 2016 so that you (and your closet!) are ready for next season.
Nothing adds glamour better than statement-making embellishments. At NYFW, Reem Acra was queen of this look:
It’s not surprising that flowers will be popular again in the spring, but what is striking is how designers reinvented the look. My two favorites are Lela Rose:

Summer is the season of outdoor festivals, and Tommy Hilfiger dropped the prep and ruled the bohemian look:
