My group of girlfriends had quite a few things to celebrate, so instead of heading to a typical classy brunch spot we decided to do something a little more… crazy.
We arrived at Beaumarchais and nothing seemed out of the ordinary…
yet…
See, just a standard Sunday brunch.
We ordered a selection of eggs benedict and risotto mac and cheese.
And drinks. Lots of drinks.
Then the lights began going down, the music got louder, and the drinks started arriving.
Next thing I know, the waiter is pouring shots into the mouths at the next table. Hello brunch!
It was time to dance.
Halfway through our epic brunch dance party our food arrived.
I don’t want to eat! I just want to dance!
We quickly ate a few bites and were back up dancing.
The room got darker…
…and we got glowsticks.
It was SO. MUCH. FUN.
The craziest part about NYC party brunches is that you feel as if it’s 3am on spring break. Then you walk outside, and it’s daylight and snowing.
Don’t worry, the party didn’t stop just because brunch was over!
If you want to actually hear your friends when they talk, Beaumarchais isn’t for you. But if you want to dance, let loose, and have a really fun time, then I highly recommend it!

Shut up and dance with me!
