Guilt-Free Banana Muffins

I recently made the most delicious, guilt-free and healthy banana muffins.

How can muffins be healthy, you ask?! Well, just take a look at what’s (and what’s not!) in them:

6 eggs

1/3 cup honey

1-1/2 cup walnuts

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

2-2.5 bananas

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is warming up, put the eggs, honey, and walnuts into a food processor and blend for 4-5 minutes.

Next, put in the remaining ingredients, except for the salt, and process until smooth.

Add in the salt and process for a more few seconds.

Then scoop your batter into paper-lined muffin tins.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

What I love about these muffins is that they satisfy your sweet tooth without being overly sweet. If you want a sweeter taste, you can easily add in more honey or vanilla to your batch.
