The last few times I’ve driven down Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, I’ve done a double take at the crowd at the Tipsy Cow. I wondered to myself, what is this new restaurant that’s overflowing with people? I had to try it!
The Tipsy Cow serves craft beers and gourmet burgers, and I went during lunchtime to avoid the late-night crowds. The restaurant is bright and inviting, and I loved the decor! Do you see the paper towel rack on the wall?
Extra points to Tipsy Cow for having tennis on in the background!
My friend ordered the Tipsy Style burger, which was filled with Tillamook cheddar, butter lettuce, roasted tomatoes, grilled onions, dill pickles, and spicy 1000 island dressing. She loved it!
I ordered the Quattro Formaggi burger, which has gruyere, goat, and romano cheeses with roasted tomato, arugula, and fra’diavlo ketchup. You really can’t put too much cheese on a burger. It’s not possible!
We also shared the sweet potato fries and chose garlic aioli and ketchup for dipping. I love skinny fries, and these were delicious.
I was obsessed with the ketchup bottle! How cute is this?!
I really enjoyed the meal at Tipsy Cow, and will definitely be back to try out their beers! It’s always exciting to discover a great new restaurant in the Valley.
