Sometimes, the tastiest treats are also the easiest to prepare. My friend recently made a Goat Cheese and Spinach Crostini appetizer that was simply amazing (and amazingly simple!), so I thought I would share.
To make Goat Cheese and Spinach Crostinis, you’ll need:
A baguette or other type of bread loaf (I used sourdough)
First, slice the baguette into thin slices.
Then, spread a layer of goat cheese onto the bread.
Add the spinach on top of the goat cheese.
Bake the crostinis in a toaster oven until the spinach starts to wilt and the bread gets slightly crunchy. Once they are done, drizzle honey on top of the spinach. Viola! They are ready to be served.
It is a perfect appetizer and is ready in a flash!
