Remember that LA bucket list I was telling you about? The one that Sara and I made the second I found out I was moving to NYC? Well, the number one item on the list, and something Sara told me I was not allowed to leave LA until we did, was visit Chateau Marmont.
Chateau Marmont is a hotel in West Hollywood that is the place to see celebrities. If you’re going at night, head down the street to Bar Marmont. But if you’re going during the day, The Restaurant is the place to be.
The weekend before I left LA, Sara and I headed over to The Restaurant for a late brunch.
When we arrived, we both literally gasped when we saw the valets. They were HOT! Both of them looked like male models, and we soon discovered that all of the other employees were beautiful too. Not sure if this is a requirement for employment, but if it is I fully support it!
Chateau Marmont is beautifully decorated, and makes you feel like you’re in an old castle.
Sara and I dined outside, and I loved how unique the decor is. Each group of tables and chairs is different, and feels very chic without trying too hard.
We started with delicious mimosas, which at this point shouldn’t surprise you at all!
After we ordered, this cute little tray appeared on our table. Adorable.
Sara went savory, and ordered the Eggs Benedict & Herb Roasted Potatoes. I stole a bite, and they were delicious!
I decided to go sweet, and picked the Crunchy Almond French Toast & Berries. It was SO good!
Add Chateau Marmont to the list of LA places I’m going to miss! To make a reservation, call 323.848.5908.
P.S. I made it to NYC! Can’t wait to start blogging from here next week!

I really enjoyed reading about your brunch, and the pictures are great. The dishes you
ordered look so good. Thanks for the post – have to add THIS to MY list!
A friend of mine recommended this place if I were ever in West Hollywood and now I see why. The entire experience, the food, decor and view, all look amazing. And the possibility of seeing a celebrity is an added bonus. It is now part of my bucket list as well.
PS. Welcome to New York!
Glad you enjoyed the post! And thank you, excited to be here!
