A few weekends ago, Ashley and I slipped into LBDs for a blog photoshoot at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). We couldn’t think of a better backdrop than Urban Light, a sculpture in front of the museum that is comprised of more than 200 vintage Southern California streetlamps.
I’ve seen the sculpture before in the daytime, but this was my first time visiting at night.
It’s absolutely magical. You can’t help but feel transported in time as you weave in and out of the lamps.
Equipped with our trusty photographer and years’ worth of America’s Next Top Model advice (“smile with your eyes!”), we got right to work.
It was a fun, artsy Sunday night. Huge thanks to Trevor for taking our pictures over and over again until we got them just right!
