Beer Mac and Cheese recipe - perfect for fall / Oktoberfest - Wanderlust in the City

Guess what starts tomorrow? OKTOBERFEST! It’s Germany’s best holiday, and after attending several years ago I’ve never been prouder to be German!

Unfortunately I won’t be in Munich to celebrate this year, so instead I decided that I would do a recipe in honor of Oktoberfest. A recipe with an important German ingredient…

  2. OMG! Made for dinner tonight and I’ve died and gone to heaven!! I used an amber beer since it’s what I had and it’s delicious! Super cheesy and smooth and creamy and the slight beer flavor is awesome. Was a quick and easy recipe to make. I’ll definitely be making it again!

  4. I’m planning to make this for an Oktoberfest party this weekend. Can I made it the day before and reheat in a crock pot or is it best if I make it the day of?
