Brentwood Farmers’ Market

I love Sunday mornings… the streets are completely deserted and it’s so quiet and peaceful outside. Almost every Sunday morning I try to walk over to the Brentwood Farmers’ Market. Ashley had never been before and I was excited to include her in my weekend ritual.

As you would expect, the Farmers’ Market is filled with fresh flowers, fruits, vegetables, breads, cheeses… pretty much anything you want, they are likely to sell. Most fruit vendors give out samples so I like to wander around the stalls and try everything. Especially the “heavenly” plums!

The flowers for sale are beautiful (and cheap!).

I especially loved these festive roses for the 4th!

There really is no better way to start a lazy Sunday! The Brentwood Farmers’ Market is located at 741 S. Gretna Green Way and is open every Sunday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Now excuse me while I grab something to eat. Writing this post has made me hungry!
