We’ve gotten a lot of hilarious reactions to this delicious treat. One person thought that it was a joke, and another seemed very confused as to why we didn’t finish baking the cookies. However, those of you who love cookie dough will immediately understand. A quick and easy dessert that tastes just like cookie dough, but without any risk from the eggs? Yes please!
To make, you will need:
1 cup salted butter, softened
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
First, set your beater to medium and mix together the butter and brown sugar.
Then, add the vanilla extract and flour and have fun using your hands to mix!
Next, add as many sprinkles as you want. Which I understood to mean as many sprinkles as possible!
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, and place on your serving plate. Or on a bed of sprinkles (Sara really does come up with the best ideas!).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then let the bites sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
